On Monday, December 23, Cori Broadus, the 25-year-old daughter of rapper Snoop Dogg, announced her pregnancy. She is expecting her first baby, a daughter, with fiancé Wayne Deuce. Cori first shared the exciting news with E!, revealing that she discovered her pregnancy on October 28.

“This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooooo blessed,” Cori said, expressing her joy. At four months along, she added, “I’m feeling great!”

Cori has been open about her health challenges, including being diagnosed with lupus at the age of six. She shared that her pregnancy is high-risk, but both she and the baby are doing well. “God has his hands on me,” she said.

Cori’s parents, Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus, were thrilled by the news. “They were so excited their baby girl is having a baby,” Cori shared. However, she laughed as she noted, “My dad was hoping for a grandson.”

The baby will be Snoop Dogg’s eighth grandchild.

Cori and Wayne are eagerly preparing for parenthood. “I’m just excited to love on my baby girl and make her feel like she’s the prettiest in the world,” Cori said.

Reflecting on her own struggles with confidence growing up, Cori wants to instill self-love in her daughter. “I’m having a mini me,” she added with pride.

Wayne also shared his excitement. “He knows she’s going to be so beautiful and can’t wait to give her all the love in the world,” Cori said.

Cori’s pregnancy comes after a difficult year. Earlier in 2024, she experienced a frightening stroke. Her happy news marks a bright new chapter for her and her family.
