March 27, 2025 – Force Motors Limited has won a significant contract to supply 2,978 Light Strike Vehicles (LSVs) to the Indian Defence Forces. This order reinforces Force Motors' role in bolstering India’s military mobility with its rugged and high-performance vehicles.
The contract involves the Force Gurkha GS 4X4 800 kg Soft Top, a specialized military vehicle designed for extreme terrains. With superior ground clearance, class-leading water wading capacity, and an advanced 4x4 drivetrain, the Gurkha ensures seamless operations in diverse and challenging environments.
The contract will be fulfilled in multiple phases over three years, ensuring smooth integration into various defence units.
