Celebrity chef Sophia Roe is going to be a mom! She and her fiance, Chris, are expecting their first baby together.
The TV host shared the exciting news on Instagram. She posted pictures from a maternity photoshoot taken in a kitchen. In the photos, she wore cropped tees and unbuttoned jeans to show off her baby bump.

Sophia revealed that her little one is due this summer.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Sophia shared how she found out she was pregnant. It happened just after Chris proposed to her while they were on vacation in Hawaii.
On the flight back home to New York City, she felt something unusual in her stomach. After reaching home, she took a pregnancy test—and it was positive!

“I took another one, and then another one,” she said. “I was shaking and out of breath.”
A Special Surprise
Sophia learned she was pregnant the day before her birthday, which also fell on Election Day. The mix of emotions made the moment overwhelming.
“I was nervous,” she admitted. “It was a lot to take in.”
Despite the surprise, she is excited for motherhood and plans to stay active in her career.

“I want to be a mobile mom, an around-the-city mom,” she said. “I still have dreams and goals. I’m just excited to do it all—with a baby.”
