The 37-year-old singer shared the exciting news at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards. Cody and his wife, Brandi, are expecting their third baby — and it’s a boy!

“We’re having a little boy!” Cody spoke to the media house during the event. “We decided to make this our announcement to the world and our gender reveal too.”

Cody and Brandi are already parents to two daughters, Clara Mae (10) and Cori (8). This will be their first son.

Cody couldn’t hide his happiness. He said, “I didn’t care if this one was a boy or a girl, but I was pretty happy when I saw the gender reveal.”

The country singer said he’s excited to see his daughters become big sisters. “My girls… I love them with all my heart,” he said. “I think I’m excited to watch them help raise this little boy.”

Cody also shared that his life is in a better place now than when his daughters were born. “I’m more stable in my career and financially. He’s going to get a horse quicker than the girls did!” he joked.

Cody and Brandi have been together for a long time. They first met as teenagers and got married in 2008. They welcomed Clara in 2015 and Cori in 2017.

Cody said he will support all his kids in whatever they want to do. Whether it’s music, like their dad, or something else, he’s proud to cheer them on.
