Reality TV star Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald have welcomed their sixth child! The 19 Kids and Counting star shared the happy news on her YouTube channel, documenting her journey from contractions at her parents’ home in Arkansas to the birth at the hospital.

Their baby boy was born on August 2nd after a 7.5-hour labor, with Jessa’s mom, Michelle Duggar, by her side. “When baby was born and everything was OK, I just sobbed like a baby. I just cried. We both cried. The baby’s crying, I’m crying. It was such a beautiful moment and we’re so thankful,” Jessa said.

At first, the couple hadn’t chosen a name and were deciding between Owen, Calvin, or Edward. After a few days of “trying out” the names, they chose Edward Owen Seewald – a favorite among their kids.

Edward is the youngest of Jessa and Ben’s growing family, joining brothers Spurgeon Elliot, Henry Wilberforce, and George Augustine, as well as sisters Ivy Jane and Fern Elliana. Jessa, who previously shared about a miscarriage before welcoming George, said one of the sweetest moments was seeing her older children meet their new baby brother.
